Commercial cleaning goes wrong in a predictable way: the contract is won by a big firm, staffed by whoever's available that week, and standards drift until somebody complains. We staff a site with the same people and keep it that way.
What a contract covers
Desks, surfaces and touchpoints; kitchens and breakout areas; washrooms sanitised and restocked; bins emptied and recycling separated; hard floors vacuumed and mopped; carpets vacuumed with periodic deep extraction; internal glass and partitions; reception and entrance matting.
Consumables — hand towels, soap, toilet roll, bin liners — can be supplied and restocked as part of the contract or left with you, whichever you'd rather.
Out of hours, keyholding and access
Most of our commercial work happens before 8am or after 6pm. We hold keys and alarm codes for a number of commercial sites, all logged, and every technician is DBS-checked. For sites with their own access control we work to your process rather than asking you to change it.
Sectors we work in
Small offices and co-working suites, hair and beauty salons, dental and physiotherapy clinics, photography and fitness studios, independent retail, and light industrial mess rooms. Clinical settings get a documented method and colour-coded equipment.
Pricing and terms
From £18 per hour for regular contracts, quoted after a free site visit so the hours are realistic rather than optimistic. Monthly invoicing, 30-day terms, and a rolling one-month notice period — we'd rather keep the work by doing it properly than by locking you into a year.

Is there a minimum contract?
No long tie-in. Contracts run monthly with one month's notice either way. We think a twelve-month lock-in mostly protects bad cleaners.
Can you clean outside working hours?
Yes, and most of our commercial clients prefer it. Early mornings, evenings and weekends are all normal for us.
Do you supply the products and equipment?
Yes, all of it, included in the hourly rate. Consumables like hand towels and soap can be added at cost if you'd rather not manage them.
Are your staff insured and checked?
£5m public liability, £1m treatment risk, and every technician DBS-checked. Certificates go out with the quote.
